1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours (2 working days) after successful order placement and payment verification, where applicable.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days may be processed on the next working day. Processing may take longer during sales, festive seasons, or periods of unusually high order volume.
2. Shipping and Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take 4–5 working days, depending on the delivery address, courier service, and local conditions.

3. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to serviceable locations in India. Availability of delivery to a particular PIN code will depend on courier coverage and the options available during checkout.
4. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed. Any free-shipping offer will be subject to the terms displayed for that offer.
5. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will share the tracking details through the phone number, email address, or other contact channel provided with the order.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.
6. Delivery Address and Contact Details
Please verify your delivery address, PIN code, and contact number before submitting an order. Beenaam Fashion cannot guarantee successful delivery where incorrect or incomplete details have been provided.
If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or the courier cannot complete delivery, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where permitted and disclosed.
7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and coordinate with the courier partner where appropriate.
8. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel appears damaged on delivery, please retain the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and product. This helps us investigate the issue.
9. Changes to Shipping Information
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address or delivery detail. Changes may not be possible once an order has been packed or dispatched.
